WebSalePRO provides website design and related services to local businesses. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

WebSalePRO may contact you via text message (SMS) to share information about free website previews created for your business. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: up to 5 messages per month. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].

All fees are due as agreed in your service agreement. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.

No refunds after work has begun. Disputes resolved within 30 days of purchase.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website. WebSalePRO retains the right to display work in portfolio.

WebSalePRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
